Meet Hannah Blaylock, APRN
A Calling to Care for People
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Harding University in 2011, and from the very beginning I was drawn to the kind of care that sees the whole person — not just the chief complaint on a chart.
During nursing school, I had the opportunity to travel to Tanzania on a mission trip, and that experience shaped me more than any textbook ever could. It deepened my understanding of what healthcare looks like when you strip it down to its essentials — compassion, presence, and a genuine desire to help people heal.
From the Bedside to the Front Lines
After completing my Master of Science in Nursing at UAMS in 2015, I spent the next nine years in family practice and urgent care. I loved the variety, the relationships, and the chance to care for patients across every stage of life.
And then COVID hit.
I spent long shifts — twelve hours at a time in full PPE — caring for patients during one of the most challenging periods in modern healthcare. It was exhausting, humbling, and clarifying. It reminded me why I got into this work in the first place, and it also showed me the cracks in a system that too often treats symptoms without ever asking why.
Why I Started Radiant Holistic Health
Somewhere along the way, I noticed a pattern. Patients would come in feeling exhausted, foggy, frustrated with their weight, struggling with mood swings or low energy — and too often, they were told it was just stress, just aging, just something they had to live with. I knew that was not true.
I have been a nurse practitioner for over a decade, and for the past several years I have been focused on pursuing extensive additional training in hormone management, medical weight loss, and functional wellness. I wanted to offer something different — not band-aid solutions, but real answers. Not fifteen-minute appointments that end with a prescription and a shrug, but thoughtful care plans rooted in understanding how the body actually works.
Radiant Holistic Health was born from that conviction. I started this clinic because I believe every person deserves to feel like the healthiest, most confident version of themselves — and I believe the path to getting there starts with a provider who actually listens.
Beyond the Clinic
I am an Arkansan born and raised, and I love everything about this state — the trails, the lakes, the seasons. When I am not with patients, you will usually find me spending time with my family, reading, painting, wakeboarding on the lake in the summer, or out enjoying the weather. I am also just starting to get into golf and gardening — still very much a beginner at both, but having fun learning as I go.
I am married and a proud mom to our son and our baby daughter, who joined us in December 2025. We also share our home with three dogs who keep things lively.
Family is everything to me, and it is a big part of why I do this work. I want to be healthy and present for my own family, and I want the same for yours.
